Psycho-Pass 720p Theme v1.1.0

 Whoops, when I took the screenshot I made a line go through the weather. Anyhow. The theme's new release is out. The following has changed:
-fixed the clock issue where it wouldn't go to the edge of the screen
-lines and dots have been adjusted to go to the screen edge
-all of 1080p and 720p schemes have been revised thoroughly
-lines and dots have been altered to be more aesthetically pleasing
-fixed the issue where the Lilac objects had opacity and layering can be seen.
-fixed the issue where words and icons seemed stretched in all themes
